Source code for PDF creating in VO... MDPDF..

I rewrote parts of Denis Mitrovanic source for lite weight PDFS.. removed a lot of crap.
Have not worked on it for years but needed to add /ANNOT for URL links with friendly TEXT
You "click here to pay by CC" but there is a URL and loads the browser if clicked.
Spent many hours trying to reverse engineer a PDF. Know a lot , but not enough.
Did anybody mod their own PDF class and add this functionality.?
