Hosting on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other providers

At this moment our website is running on a hosting website from One.Com.
This works fine and is not too expensive but has its limitations. So we are looking at alternatives.
I am sure some of you have experiences with one of the big companies or local hosting providers.
What we look for is:
- website with PHP and MySql
- ability to mail with either PhPMail or an open port so we can connect to the our SMTP server in Office365
- (S) FTP access with multiple users
- SSH access
- managed hosting has our preferences (so we do not have to patch the OS, PhP and MySql). We'll patch the (Joomla) website ourselves
I find it difficult to estimate how much data access we have per day/week/month. Our hosting provider does not really give us these numbers.
Can anybody recommend a hosting provider or cloud solution ?
Robert
