Interface to Excel xlsx files

Hi,
since there was some need for an interface to Excel xlsx files, I have built a clone of my own Excel interface lib and released it here:

The used (excellent) EPPlus library has currently a subscription model (and I'm effectively paying for it). Therefore I have used the last free version of it to build the public lib.
In the zip you fill find all you need to use that library in both VO and X# applications, and again this is a demonstration how important it is for every VO programmer to use X# even if a full migration of VO applications is not yet planned.
