Fieldspec-Designer XIDE 1.24

Guys,

in the Fieldspec designer i added a new Fieldspec ( FS_N_6_2) and it is stored with the type Character, len 10 and dec 0. Now i wanted to change the type etc. and clicked on the "Edit" icon / pressed F2, but nothing happens ? Honestly, i don´t remember anymore how to do that. Is "Edit" broken, or how do i change the Fieldspec type etc. ?

Hi Karl-Heinz,

As with all designers in XIDE, you need to go to the Properties window to edit each property of the fieldspec.

The Edit/F2 button in the main window is supposed to allow you to quickly edit only the name of the fieldspec, but apparently for some reason I disabled that (without removing the button). Will check why is this, thanks for pointing it out!

I was too fixed on this F2 / Edit button.
