Strange - for me it is very fast - thousands of cells in a second - also with VO.

Thanks for explaining. I often lose time in .Net due to thing like this (and more). I included the DLL's more than a year ago and now when I finalized it for use for the client, and saw it working here, I expect that with supplying all DLL's from the Release directory it should work for my client too. And then it doesn't. Quite frustrating; fortunately this time I solved it quicker than average because I saw the DLL's in the GAC.

Dick,
The only real solution for this kind of issues is to install your software on a "virgin" (virtual) machine.
