Parameters

nMenuItemID (Optional)
Type: Usual
The menu item ID corresponding to the button that is to be removed. This is not the original button ID that defines the look of the button; rather it is the menu item ID which defines the meaning of the button.
symTB (Optional)
Type: Usual
Symbolic name representing the toolbar to be used. Defaults to the main toolbar.
