oItem: Type: Usual
The TreeViewItem object representing the tree view item to be deleted.
lChildrenOnly: Type: Logic
New logic parameter which defaults to FALSE. If lChildrenOnly is TRUE only the child items are deleted

Type: Logic
TRUE if the item was deleted successfully; otherwise, FALSE.
