Important! This is a callback method used by X#. Normally, it should not be called in your application code.
This event handler is called only if the window has the input focus. In addition, it is rarely overridden due to the existence of edit controls. If it is overridden for a dialog window, it should call the owner handler (this ensures that tabbing to controls in Windows still works).
