I must admit that my knowledge about Windows CE is limited.
X# builds on the same compiler as C# so when C# works then so do we.

What I have read is that it might work, but support for Windows CE in Visual Studio has stopped after VS 2008.
Of course you need to limit the code to use only Assemblies that are available in Windows CE.
