.NET Samples(X#) for Visual FoxPro Developers: DynamicMenus

Hi, everyone

I've rewritten one of the examples in MS's previously released .NET Samples for Visual FoxPro Developers(https://www.microsoft.com/en-eg/downloa ... 835207643f) using the VFP dialect: DynamicMenus(https://github.com/vfp9/XSharp_DynamicMenus).

My purpose is simply to provide an example for VFP developers who, like me, are unfamiliar with DOT NET.
