Error when editing xsfrm

When I make some change to our existing xsfrm, I get a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when I try to build. I was resizing it. I didn't delete or add any new control. Any suggestion? Thanks.

We will need a reproducible sample to find what's causing this and fix it.
