Problems with mouse when desiging forms in #sharp

Hello Chris,
I am using your IDE XID 1.16
As from today I have the following problem when trying to edit a form funny Colors appear and i cannot control the mouse in the Ide properly to do any designing can you please tell me what to do to resolve
this problem Mostly tr or he Colors are black then red as soon as I try to make a form larger or do anything on ma form.

I was a fan of CA VO , then Vulcan and now XSharp I was introduced to VO and Vulcan by Dieter Crispen and John Parker a long time ago.

Wolfgang,
I tried rebooting the system and many other things but the problem is still there. Everything works fine when I use Visual studio 2017 's IDE
no problems only with XIDE.

Hi Raymond,

Can you please give some more information, what exactly is happening? With your description I cannot imagine what it might be. Maybe you can create a small video showing what is happening?

Also did you change something in your computer recently? Some setting in windows or similar? What if you try in another PC, does the same problem happen in it?

the current version of XIDE is 1.25.
Do you are using an old X# installation?

Hi Raymond,
normally XIDE is a part of the X# installation.
If you can download and install the current X# installation on another machine, you will also find the XIDE installer in the XIDE subdirectory.
If you cannot do that, and Chris is not able to give you a download link shortly, please let me know and I will put it somewhere for you.

Hi Raymond,

It can not be a problem with a new or old XIDE version, they should all work or do not work. It must be something related to your PC, you have changed something in your windows settings lately? Also what if you try it in another PC, do you get the same problems?
