Problems with mouse when desiging forms in #sharp

Hi Wolfgang,
I have since found the reason for my problem you were right to tell me to reboot the PC but the problem was that my Power options were
on fast reboot so the pc did not power down completely like it should have sorry I did not know that the option was set like that.
Anyway after changing this today after speaking to a former IT colleague I changed the setting and rebooted my notebook and the designer worked again correctly. I also downloaded the latest version.
