First, when I enter this URL in Firefox it looks like this:
It did work in Vivaldi, however.
Second, if I search the literal keywords in the question (line numbers in exception) with search type = All and no date limits, I get 7 results but not this one.
Maybe these 2 issues are related?
Also remarkable, after entering the search words I get:
