Do not assume Control:MouseButtonUp() is called immediately after Control:MouseButtonDown(). Other MouseEvents can be generated during this time.
In some cases, there may be no Control:MouseButtonUp() events directed to the window for a corresponding Control:MouseButtonDown(). This can occur if the mouse button is clicked while over the window, but released after the mouse has moved off the window.
