Tip Tip
Important! This is a callback method used by X#. Normally, it should not be called in your application code.
The default behavior for this event handler is to update the thumb position; this can be changed using your own implementation of the handler. This event handler only works for HorizontalScrollBar and WindowHorizontalScrollBar objects. If the application has horizontal scroll bars, use a HorizontalScrollBar event handler.
